We discussed the details of the sponsorships with the deputy headmistress. The children who already have sponsors received their food, travel tickets and school fees (in case of illness, treatment is paid for). The school fees were paid for the children without sponsors. Lafatra is one of the lucky ones with a sponsor and shows us his home.
Ny-Kintana is working on founding an association
We are getting down to business and are currently working on our association's statutes so that we can register our association. This will enable us to issue donation receipts in future, once we have been registered. We will keep you up to date!
Just in time for the new year, two children have already found sponsors!
Happy New Year! Two of the 12 children are already being supported by sponsors. The new year has begun and school fees need to be paid. Ny-Kintana will pay the school fees for the remaining 10 children until they find sponsors. Therefore, please become a sponsor for a child and support them monthly.
